We endeavor to keep all information on our site both up to date and accurate, however on some occasions this is not always possible and cannot be guaranteed.

Sales Taxes
EdubooxTM charges a flat fee that already includes all applicable taxes.

This may involve restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized use of your account, as you will be held responsible for any activity that takes place under your registered account details.
Liability
EdubooxTM only acts as an intermediary in the selling process and we can subsequently not be held liable for any damages to textbooks when this occurs. Moreover, your order has to be picked up and paid by yourself to the person who has sold you the textbook, EdubooxTM is not responsible for the delivery of your orders, this handling process should exclusively be arranged by the two parties involved (buyer and seller themselves). The status of the textbooks sold on our website cannot be guaranteed by us and it is sole responsibility of the seller to be fair and precise in the textbooks' condition description when posting a book ad.
Disclaimer
EdubooxTM as well as the corporate website will not under any circumstances be liable to you or any other person for any loss of use, loss of production, loss of income or profits (anticipated or otherwise), loss of markets, economic loss, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage or punitive damages, whether in contract, tort or under any other theory of law or equity, arising from, connected with, or relating to the use of the Web sites by you or any other person.
Fees and Services
Joining and posting advertisements on www.eduboox.nl is free. We may charge fees for used book ads for sale through our site and when you submit for posting online. However, we may choose to temporarily change our fees for our services for promotional events (for example, free listing days) and such changes are effective when we post the temporary promotional event on our Website. We may in our sole discretion change some or all of our services at any time. In the event we introduce a new service, the fees for that service are effective at the launch of the service. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in EURO (€). You are responsible for paying all fees associated with using our service and all applicable taxes.
EdubooxTM and its website www.eduboox.nl is a Venue
Our Website acts as a venue to allow anyone to advertise a used book for sale, at anytime, from anywhere, in a variety of pricing formats. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and the sellers. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell their used books or the ability of buyers to pay for the items.
Listing
Listing Description - You must be legally able to sell the item(s) you list for sale on the Site. You must describe your item and all terms of the sale on the listing page of the Site. Your listings may only include text descriptions, pictures and other content relevant to the sale of the used book. All listed used books must be listed in an appropriate category. All properties in multiple item listings must be identical. Your book posting will be listed for at least one year, under normal circumstances. You are responsible for removing the book when it is sold. Old listings (>2 year) will be randomly removed.
Fraud - Without limiting any other remedies, www.eduboox.nl may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with our Website.
Manipulation - Neither you, the buyers nor sellers may manipulate the sale price of any book nor may you interfere with other sellers' listings.
Your Information
Definition - "Your Information" is defined as any information you provide to us or other users in the registration or listing process or through any e-mail feature. You are solely responsible for Your Information, and we act as a passive conduit for your online distribution and publication of Your Information.
Restricted activities - "Your Information" (or any books listed) and your activities on our Website shall not:
- be false, inaccurate or misleading; be fraudulent or involve the sale of stolen properties; infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, consumer protection, unfair competition, antidiscrimination or false advertising); be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; be obscene or contain child pornography that may be harmful to minors; contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots, Easter eggs or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information; create liability for us or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our ISPs or other suppliers; and link directly or indirectly to or include descriptions of goods or services that: are prohibited under this Agreement

EdubooxTM reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and / or cancel transactions at its discretion, if it believes that customer conduct is in violation or breach of any applicable law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Seller Book Misrepresentation - Not meeting the book description that is outlined on the listing ad is prohibited. Disciplinary action may include a formal warning, the ending of all violating listings, and temporary or indefinite suspension of a seller's account.
Profanity -www.eduboox.nl policy prohibits the use of language that is racist, hateful, sexual or obscene in nature in a public area. This includes but is not limited to; offensive user names, e-mail addresses, book ad content and pictures.
Photos - www.eduboox.nl policy prohibits the use of photos that are racist, hateful, sexual or obscene in nature in a public area
Spamming - www.eduboox.nl policy prohibits users from sending spam. Spam is defined as e-mail that is both unsolicited and is commercial in nature.
False Contact Information - www.eduboox.nl policy prohibits falsifying or omitting your name, address, and/or telephone number (including use of fax machines or disconnected numbers). Disciplinary action may result in the indefinite suspension of a seller's account, temporary suspension, or a formal warning.
